Yeo’s Sambal Oeleck is a combination of red chilli, vinegar and sugar with a grand tinge of spice. It is mostly used in Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean cuisines as a condiment in side dishes. It can enrich the dishes with a chilli flavour.
